Dear Homeowners,
Thank you to everyone who helped put together the recent pool party. It was a tremendous sucess and the Association hopes to put another event on soon. Next time we will put on a few more burgers and hot dogs.
Violation:
Parking- Quick reminder that on street parking is illegal and will be subject to fines and posillbe towing. Parking on the Association's already narrow streets may prohibit free passage for emergency vehicles. Please park in your designated parking spot.
Boat Parking- Please remember that parking boats in your driveway is prohibited by the Association. Please find some off site storage to keep from getting any violations. Please note that if you are cleaning your boat or preparing for a trip and the boat must stay on property then plesae contact me.
