Dear Homeowners,
A bid thank you goes out to the Board of Directors for throwing a sucessful pool party this past Monday. Thanks to all those whom participated in the fun. If you missed it, don't feel to bad because the Board has decided that they will do it all over agian soon.
If you haven't had a chance to get down to the pool yet, please go down and take a peek. The reconstruction of the pool deck and pool house is complete. I hope everyone enjoys the new look and the pool throuhgout the season.
I do want to touchbase upon a growing trend that has surfaced recently out at Little Oak. Parkiing violations are be coming more and more prevelant. On CMG's routine inspections we are noticing boats and trailers stored in the driveway, cars parked on the main road, and cars parked in the grass. These are all violations of the rules and regulations, so please take time to make sure that you are in compliance. These types of violations do take away from the asthetic look that Little Oak Island residence are looking for.
