Landscape Committee:
This committee is currently reviewing different landscape plans for the Crab dock area where the recent erosion project was completed.
Irrigation:
The Board has recently approved the drilling of an experimental well to see if there is an opportunity to run the irrigation around the pool, tennis courts, and crab dock off well water. Great News!! The water is good for irrigation and plans are being proposed to change over to this well water. With the increases in water this should save the community now and in to the future.
Folly Beach Negotiations for Underground Utility Easement:
The Board has agreed to allow the City of Folly an underground easement. The City in return will deed back over the piece of property (the fence in area by gate) at the entrance, and will help facilitate efforts with SCEG to get the causeway utilities underground.
