A quick reminder to all homeowners that there are many different resources available that may help you better understand Association Living and to answer some of the most frequently asked question. Please take a few seconds to review the resources below. Also, I would like to introduce Tanya Zealy as the new Association Coordinator for your Association. Tanya will assist me in all aspects of managing your Association. I believe she will be a great addition to an already terrific Association.
- HOA website-The Association’s website direct address is http://cmgcharleston.com/LOI.htm Here you will find a pdf. copy of your governing documents and a managers blog. The manager blog is bi weekly updated to share current events, educational tools, and to send out Association reminders.
- http://cmgcharleston.com/- This is CMG’s website that provides information regarding all aspects of Association living. It has educational information, Q&A’s, current events, HOA websites, Manager Bios, and much more.
- Office Appointments- All members are welcome to review financial reports. The Association manager will meet with you at the Association’s office to go over the financials line by line. These meetings are by appointment only.
- Coordinator and Manager Feedback- Your Manager, Aaron Hettesheimer, and Association Coordinator, Tanya Zealy are always available for questions. We want to provide you with answer to all Association questions, so please contact us with questions and concerns.
